• Supervised Off-Site Visits

Both supervised exchanges and supervised visits are designed to ensure that a child can have a safe contact with a non-custodial parent without having to be put in the middle of the parent’s conflicts or problems.

Some parents prefer to have their supervised visits in their own home (depending on the type of case). Each case is assessed to determine the appropriateness of each visitation site outside the home. Some popular visitation sites include:

• Local Parks
• Restaurants
• Libraries
• Theaters
• Museums
• Amusement Parks
• Shopping Malls

• Supervised Exchanges

Safe and conflict free exchange of the child(ren) between the custodial parent and the non-custodial parent.  The visit is not supervised.
 

• Keep the peace during move-outs

We will keep the peace while enforcing court ordered property pick-ups and move-outs.

• Telephonic Monitoring

Monitoring of telephone contacts between the non-custodial parent and the child(ren).
